Warnie Mullins, 72, of Grayson, passed away Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Carter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born October 30, 1950, in Ashland, KY; the son of Shirley Felty Mullins and the late George Edward Mullins.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son, George Tyler Mullins; a sister, Deborah Mullins Waddell; and a nephew Chris Suttles.
He was a retired Boilermaker with Local 105 Chillicothe, OH.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Nathan Mullins of Florida; a brother, Kevin (Vickie) Mullins of Grayson, KY; a sister, Lesa (Bob) McGlone of Indiana; a grandson, Rayland Mullins; three step-grandchildren, Marissa Rayburn, Mariah Humphries, and River Taylor; a niece Bobbi Winnings.
Due to the family's request, there will be a private visitation.
