Teresa Lynn Abdon Stewart
1964-2023
Teresa Stewart, 58, of Grayson passed away Friday, June 30, 2023, at her residence. She was born July 11, 1964, in Portsmouth, OH; a daughter of Chloe Lore Abdon and the late John Abdon. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Tim Stewart.
She was of the Christian faith and had worked at Pizza Hut in Grayson for many years.
Teresa was a sister to Johnda Abdon of Ashland, KY; Dean Abdon, and Stevie Abdon both of Greenup. Also, she is survived by her loving daughter, Mindy (Aaron) Walker; three grandsons that she adored, Darrien Taylor Riffe (Skyler), Isaac Timothy Walker (Madison), and Lane Thomas Walker, also Sudy and Joshua Walker and Joe Meuller.
She loved the holidays and get-togethers at Mindy and Aaron's, as well as, helping care for her favorite grand pups and the little kitties, who loved her dearly. She was a very hard worker, working full-time and helping others on her day off. She was a beautiful soul who loved the simple things, especially her family.
A celebration of life memorial service will be Saturday, July 8, 2023, at "The Cross on the Hill" on College Street in Grayson on KCU campus from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This was her favorite place to take her daily walks. Words of comfort and prayer will be presented by Pastor, Ben James at 5:15 p.m.
