Randy Eugene "Smuggly" Lewis
1963-2023
Randy "Smuggly" Lewis, 59 of Olive Hill, KY passed away Monday, February 27, 2023, at his residence. He was born September 7, 1963, in Grayson, KY the son of Laura Jane Sexton Lewis and the late Robert F. Lewis. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, James Harrison, and Hazie Williams Sexton, and an infant brother, Robert F. Lewis
He was a farmer and loved listening to music, watching TV, and always enjoyed being with family and friends.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three brothers, Tim (Cathy)Lewis, Jerry Lewis, and Tony (Brenda) Lewis; two sisters, Cheryl Littleton, and Connie (Jerry) Plotner.
Graveside services will be Friday, March 3, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home then moving to the Sexton Cemetery on Smith Creek, Darryl Garvin, minister.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home.
