Morgan McDavid, 20, of Grayson, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022 at St Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born July 30, 2002 in Ashland, KY; a daughter of Micheal and Nicole Tomlin McDavid.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Paul Curtis Tomlin; maternal great-grandfather, John B. Jenkins; paternal great-grandparents, Charles and Gladys Burton; aunt, Alexandra Paige Bush; and maternal step-grandfather, David Maggard.
She was a graduate of East Carter High School and a mother. Morgan loved outdoors and fishing.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her step-mother, Erica Conway McDavid; paternal grandparents, Kevin McDavid and Cathy Burton; maternal Grandmother, Carmen Maggard; and maternal great-grandmother, Eloise Jenkins, all of Grayson; two daughters, Harmony Paige Greer and Haizleigh Nikole Greer at home; a brother, Michael C. McDavid; two sisters, Alexis McDavid, and Nevaeh McDavid; a neice, Riyah Holley; aunt and uncle, Saundra and Travis Pennington all of Grayson.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson, Kyle Burchett, minister. Burial will follow at the Edison Cemetery on Mayhew Flats.
Visitation will be Thursday 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
