Obituary for Lacreeda Gail Kouns (Hunnicutt)
Lacreeda Gail Hunnicutt Kouns, 90 of Grayson, KY passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at her residence.
She was born May 24, 1932 in Wisconsin; a daughter of the late Marvin and Beulah Kouns Hunnicutt.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas E, Kouns; a son, Marvin Anthony "Tony" Kouns; two sisters, Roberta Felty and Iona Hunnicutt.
Lacreeda was a beloved Mother, Grandma, and GiGi. Lacreeda was a homemaker and member of the Willard Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son, J.P. (Pam) Kouns; two grandchildren, Krista Kouns and Allison (Preston) Welch; two great-grandchildren, Chloe and Briniey Welch; three sisters, Dreama (Jim) Adams, Violet (Robert) Carter, and Jackie (Milan) Kitchen, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home in Grayson,
Perry Kouns and Morris Shearer officiating. Burial will follow in the Kouns Family Cemetery
.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 15, 2022, 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
