Johnny Warren, 55, of Grayson, KY passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. He was born April 1, 1967 in New Smyrna Beach, Fl the son of Herman Grady Grimes of Flordia and the late Barbara Palmer.
In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Toby Harver and Gregory Futch; a granddaughter, Candice McKnight.
He was a truck driver.
He is survived by his companion, Katherine Swingle; a son, Johnny Lee (Jamie) Warren Jr. of Port Orange, FL; two daughters, Brianna Warren at home, Francis Gibson of FL; two brothers, George Jones of LA, and Bobby Jones of TX; a sister, Patty Fagan of FL; three granddaughters, Katelyn, Natalie, and Hannah Gibson; three great-grandchildern
At the request of the family there will be no services.
