Obituary for Betty L. Frazier (Lewis)
Betty Frazier, 87, of Boyd County, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022 in Oakmont Manor Nursing Home in Flatwoods, KY. She was born September 21, 1934 in Carter City, KY; a daughter of the late Martin S. and Beatrice Smith Lewis.
In addition to her husband, the late Howard E. Frazier she is preceded in death by five sisters; Ruth Stamper, Mary Zornes, Juanita Frazier, Kathleen Mullins, and Chole Ann Lewis; three brothers, Homer, Edward, and Martin Lewis Jr.
A devoted Chrtstian for more that 50 years, Betty was a member of the Smith Creek Christian Holiness Church. In addition to being a homemaker, she was a talented writer of poems and songs.
Betty was the last of her immediately family of three brothers and five sisters. She is survived by many nieces and nephews that will mourn her passing.
Funeral services will be Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sparks Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 11:00 am. until service time at the funeral home.
